Ingredients:

2 large baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
PAM® Grilling Spray
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
3/4 pound lean ground beef (93% lean)
4 ounces fresh button mushrooms, very finely chopped
1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original
2 tablespoons prepared hummus
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices fresh tomato
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place potatoes in large bowl and spray with grilling spray. Add dried dill, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of the pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Place potatoes on grill grate and cook 20 minutes or until fork tender, turning several times.
2. Meanwhile, place beef, mushrooms, Egg Beaters, hummus, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, mustard and the remaining salt and pepper in medium bowl. Combine well. Divide and shape into 4 equal patties. Place on grill. Cook 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
3. When potatoes are done, place burger patties on buns with lettuce and tomato. Serve 4 potato wedges with each sandwich.
Cook's Tip:
If it is too cold to grill, cook burger patties in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
