Beefy-Bean Sloppy Joes and Coleslaw

Ingredients

    Coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 pkg (14 oz each) tri-color coleslaw mix

    Sloppy Joes
  •   PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef (93% lean)
  • 1 can (15 oz each) Van Camp's® Pork and Beans, drained
  • 1 can (15.5 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 8 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
  1. Prepare Coleslaw: Stir together vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard and celery seed in medium bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss to combine; set aside.
  2. Prepare Sloppy Joes: Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Add ground beef and cook 7 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
  3. Add drained beans and Sloppy Joe sauce to beef; heat until hot.
  4. Place 1/2 cup meat-bean mixture on each bun. Serve sandwiches with coleslaw.
