Grilled Pineapple Stack with Caramel Sauce

Makes 10 servings (1 slice pineapple with 1 slice pound cake and 2 tablespoons caramel sauce each)

Ingredients

  •   PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 1 golden pineapple, peeled, sliced, cored (1 pineapple = about 10 slices)
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen pound cake, cut into 10 slices, thawed
  • 1 jar (12 oz each) caramel ice cream topping
  •   Reddi-wip® Original Whipped Light Cream and fresh raspberries, optional
Directions
  1. Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer?s directions.
  2. Grill pineapple slices until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Place slice of pound cake on serving plate. Top with slice of grilled pineapple and drizzle with caramel topping.
  4. Garnish just before serving with Reddi-wip and fresh raspberries, if desired.
