MyPyramid

This handy reference tool is easy to follow and color coded to show how each product contributes to the USDA's MyPyramid.

The MyPyramid graphic appears on most ConAgra Foods packaging. This example from one of our Healthy Choice® meals shows that it contains 20% of the daily grains, 30% of the daily vegetables, 10% of the daily fruits, and 30% of the daily meat and beans group. And when you turn the package over, you'll find information on how these percentages relate to cups and ounces.

Diet Exchanges

Diet Exchanges is a system of grouping foods based on their similarities in nutrients and calories. Foods within each group can be "exchanged" or traded for other foods because they have similar nutritional content. Diet exchanges on ConAgra Foods labels have been calculated by members of the American Dietetic Association.
