You've heard it time and time again: Drink eight glasses of water every day. Savvy advice, sure! But did you know that foods and other beverages also can contribute to your water intake every day? In the heat of the season, it's even more important to stay hydrated. So drink up this tasty advice.
1. Feel fruity. They don't call it watermelon for nothing. Watermelons, and many other fruits, can contain a lot of water. In fact, fruits can be up to 80% water. Make hydration even tastier by topping your favorite fruits with a squirt of Reddi-wip®.
2. Go green. Like fruits, most vegetables are 70 to 85% water. So crunch on celery as you dip it in Peter Pan® Peanut Butter, or throw veggies into an Egg Beaters® breakfast omelet to whet your whistle.
3. Get the juicy details. Not a big water drinker? Not a problem. Juices, sports drinks, milks, teas, soft drinks, and even coffees all can contribute to your water intake.
