I am already a member at Start Making Choices. How do I get my new plan?

It's easy. You'll just need to answer a few additional questions after you log in, complete the Balanced Life Index survey, and set your goals and preferences. You'll then receive your new, personalized Balanced Life Plan and have access to all the features of the site.

I was a member of Start Making Choices on HealthyChoice.com. How do I get my new plan?

Simply log in and answer a few additional registration questions, complete the Balanced Life Index survey, and set your goals and preferences. You'll then receive your new, personalized Balanced Life Plan and access to all the features of the site.

I want to receive emails and read the exclusive content from Start Making Choices, but I don't want to take the Balanced Life Index survey or have a plan. Can I do that?

Sure. Sign up and complete the first page of registration. On Step 2, the Balanced Life Index survey, just click on the link that says "No thanks, I'll take the survey later."

What about my old meal and fitness plans?

In creating our new Balanced Life Plan, we developed a whole new database of meals, activities, and well-being suggestions, with less emphasis on calories and weight loss. Therefore, your old plan is no longer available. You can customize your new program to create a nutrition, activity, and well-being plan that’s just right for your needs.
